Cavitation Technology Assessment
We evaluate industrial processes to determine where hydrodynamic cavitation can deliver measurable improvements in reaction kinetics, mixing, emulsification, mass transfer, extraction, oxidation, fuel conditioning or treatment efficiency.
Executive Description
We evaluate industrial processes to determine where hydrodynamic cavitation can deliver measurable improvements in reaction kinetics, mixing, emulsification, mass transfer, extraction, oxidation, fuel conditioning or treatment efficiency.
Our assessment includes process characterization, feedstock analysis, operating conditions, energy requirements, existing equipment configuration and techno-economic considerations.
Scope of Services
- Process characterization and duty definition
- Feedstock and fluid property analysis
- Operating conditions and energy requirement review
- Existing equipment configuration audit
- Techno-economic screening and business case framing
Engineering Methodology
We start from the process, not the technology: a structured screening identifies where cavitation intensity can outperform conventional mixing, dosing or reaction equipment.
Findings are validated against bench-scale data where available, then framed as a go/no-go recommendation with an indicative techno-economic envelope before any capital is committed to reactor design.
Deliverables
- Technology assessment report
- Techno-economic screening summary
- Go / no-go recommendation
- Preliminary process concept for the next engineering phase
