Petroleum Catalyst Regeneration & Rejuvenation

Non-Acidic Routes for Refining and Petrochemical Catalysts

Inno Green Technologies develops and evaluates non-acidic approaches for the regeneration and rejuvenation of selected petroleum refining and petrochemical catalysts, with the objective of restoring catalytic activity, improving catalyst utilization and extending useful service life where technically and economically feasible.

Our Approach

Evaluate First, Then Select the Route

No single regeneration method is universally applicable to all refinery catalysts. IGT evaluates the catalyst, deactivation mechanism and process history before selecting a technically appropriate regeneration or rejuvenation route.

The appropriate route depends on the catalyst type and support, the active metals, the level of coke, sulfur, nitrogen and metal contamination, the degree of sintering and the operating history of the unit.
