Fuel Optimization Engineering
We develop integrated fuel-conditioning systems designed to improve the physical and combustion characteristics of industrial fuels.
Executive Description
We develop integrated fuel-conditioning systems designed to improve the physical and combustion characteristics of industrial fuels.
Our engineering scope may include fuel heating, filtration, water treatment, controlled dosing, emulsification, hydrodynamic cavitation, inline mixing, recirculation and automated process control.
The objective is not simply to modify the fuel, but to engineer the complete fuel preparation and combustion interface as an integrated process.
Scope of Services
- Fuel heating and filtration system design
- Water treatment and controlled dosing
- Emulsification and hydrodynamic cavitation integration
- Inline mixing, recirculation and automated process control
Engineering Methodology
We treat fuel preparation and the combustion interface as one system, so upgrades — a cavitation stage, a dosing loop, a control retrofit — are specified against measured combustion outcomes, not installed as isolated add-ons.
Deliverables
- Fuel-conditioning system design
- Combustion performance target and verification plan
- Automation and control package
